Airfare Options to Entebbe.

Mission Travel have a number of exclusive Watoto Mission Fares- Specifically negotiated for Watoto teams and associated travel to Uganda.

In the past year Mission Travel Group has facilitated travel for over 600 individuals travelling to Uganda.

One of the conditions of having access to Special Airfares to Uganda is that we are not allowed to advertise these special levels.

Luggage Allowances

You will be allowed 1 piece of luggage weighing 20kgs each and one carry on weighing 5kgs.  It would be a great help to us if your team were able to bring some requested supplies for Watoto Child Care Ministries. Your team leader can request an extra 10kg per person direct from the airline . (The Travel Agent can request this for you). 

What to Bring

·        Any personal tools you would like to use, i.e. your preferred hammer, trowels, level etc.

·        Skill saws, hammer drills and spirit levels would be appreciated

·        Personal items, which will be listed in greater detail in the Missions Journey Confirmation CD.

·        You will NOT need a Mosquito net at your accommodation.

·        You will need to bring your favorite lunch spreads and snacks for taking to the building site each day.

Paraa Safari Lodge – Murchison Falls National Park

4 pax and below will have to negotiate with the companies (Need to let us know in advance)

5 & 12 pax 500USD/ children below 12years 400US, 12 & above 450USD / children 350US.

Mweya Safari lodge – Queen Elizabeth National Park

4 pax and below will have to negotiate with the companies unless they join an existing team (Need to let us know in advance), 5 & 12pax 525USD/ children below 12years 450US, 12 & above 475USD / children below 12 years 400US. Please notes the rates for Mweya are higher than Paraa.

 White Water Rafting on the River Nile (Optional)

A one-day excursion white water rafting on the Nile can be arranged for an additional $140.00 (US$125 full day) per person or $75 Half day. 50US per person for Family Float trip adults and children 40US per person.

Please be advised there is an extra cost towards fuel to Jinja (for rafting), Equator and any other activities outside of the normal schedule. The charge for transport that is included in the cost per day ie 45 USD can only cater for travel within Kampala and to the sites.  Note: These and other trips will require extra fuel costs.
